		<description>Oh, don&#039;t feel bad.  8 lbs is NOTHING compared to some mom&#039;s out there who have gained 30lbs and more!  I have knee problems too and sometimes it&#039;s a matter of just feeling confident and good to keep the workout mojo going.  I actually like vaporizing st. john&#039;s wort when i feel like all my responsibilities and personal goals are weighing down on me or out of reach.  Helps for me.</description>

Sounds like you need to do some specific exercises to strengthen the muscles round your knee. The PT should help. I remember doing some such down the gym in the past. You will need to do some exercises where you push against some resistance with the muscles that need strengthening.
